Our teams have been trained in professional practices and procedures and to follow manufactures cleaning recommendations on all your surfaces in your home, paying attention to details other services missed as well as your personal request. Which cleaning plan is best for my home?

We have developed six services – CleanStart™, SimplyClean™, PristineClean™, SpringClean™, CustomClean™ and FreshMove™ based on our customer's feedback and our years of experience, with your needs and ultimate goal in mind. CleanStart™ - If you are a new customer or your home has not been professionally cleaned in at least 2 months, we recommend that you begin with CleanStart™. This service is designed to create a clean palette for your home. From there you can schedule our classic regularly scheduled routine maid service PristineClean™ either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. PristineClean™ - This cleaning routine covers a comprehensive list of items in areas and places cleaned at every visit, a rotating plan to clean items and places that do not need cleaning that often and your special requests at the day of the cleaning. SimplyClean™ - We have this classic freshen-up onetime basic maid service that you can call and schedule as you need it. This service is usually geared to clean and disinfect the most highly utilized areas of your home or any areas you request when scheduling. SpringClean™ - This is a thorough cleaning service that can greatly reduce the amount of dust in your home helping with allergies to dust mites. Our specially trained team will clean hard to reach and often forgotten areas of your home like high ceilings, fans, under and in between furniture, window treatments and moldings...Floor to ceiling and everything in between, ensuring it remains well maintained and bacteria free for months to come. CustomClean™ - When standard maid service just isn't enough, we tailor a CustomClean™ home cleaning service customized to fit your home's unique needs. This service pairs your knowledge of your home and all of its nooks and crannies, with our expertise in cleaning and maintaining unique surfaces, natural materials, and quality fixtures and furnishings. FreshMove™ - We have designed FreshMove™ to take the stress out of moving. A complete cleaning package from floor to ceiling and everything in between like Carpets, Windows, Baseboards, Light Switches, Doorknobs and all the nooks and crannies to ensure the house you are moving from is left in pristine condition. Does my home need a deep cleaning?

We understand that life is busy and weekends can’t always be spent cleaning every nook and cranny of your home. That’s why we created SpringClean™. A thorough cleaning that can greatly reduce the amount of dust in your home helping with allergies to dust mites.Our specially trained team will clean those hard to reach and often forgotten areas of your home like high ceilings, fans, under and in between furniture, window treatments and moldings....Floor to ceilings and everything in between, ensuring it remains well maintained and bacteria free for months to come. Spring cleaning offers a number of benefits, both physical and emotional. It can help you clear out the cob webs - literally and figuratively. We recommend that every home get deep cleaned twice a year.

I have a custom home. Is your staff trained in cleaning high-end materials?

We understand that custom homes have unique needs. Specialty materials such as granite, marble, and natural woods must be cleaned with extreme care. We spend countless hours training our cleaning team on the appropriate products and cleaning techniques to use with specific materials. Most of all, however, we sit down with you and conduct an in-home evaluation to go over the unique qualities of your custom home. Together we establish a CustomClean™ program that best answers your custom home’s specific needs.

Can I request extra cleaning services, like cleaning my oven or fridge?

Absolutely! Simply add any extras directly in our online booking system. Once a client, you can log into your account at any time and add special requests that you would like to be applied to your service.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, and tools?

Our team arrives on-time to your home with all cleaning supplies and tools necessary to complete the work. If however you prefer a specific cleaning product to be used, we will be happy to use what you supply to complete the task.

Cleaning Day

What if my property is protected with an alarmed security system?

Please let us know, at the time of scheduling services, that you have a security system. You can choose to be home when our crew arrives or you can arrange to provide our cleaning team with safe access to your home on scheduled cleaning days.

What should I do with my pets on cleaning day?

It is important for your pet’s and our crew’s safety that we are aware you have pets and where they are located on the property. It is best if your pets are secured in a contained area, such as a fenced yard or kennel while our cleaning staff is on-site. For health reasons, please be aware that our team cannot clean litter boxes or any area containing animal or human waste.

Should I hide my valuables?

If you have valuables, such as jewelry, cash, or irreplaceable items, please secure them in a safe and non-accessible place. If you want certain personal, valuable items included in your cleaning, please provide instructions and recommended products and allow the proper time to care for them.


How much will it cost to get my house cleaned?

To view our pricing go to our online booking form and select your options. Your price will be displayed instantly at the bottom of the booking form.

How can I view my All Bright Maids Gift Cards?

Log into your account and you will see any outstanding giftcards and respective balances. In addition, you can see any referral rewards you have earned for referring a friend.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (giftcard) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.

Why is the discount not working?

Some discounts are for first time customers only and some are for recurring customers only. In addition, some discounts are only one-time, and will not work for future service. There might be a couple reasons why a specific discount code no longer works. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

I bought a voucher and would like to redeem it, what should I do?

In most cases you can enter your coupon code directly on the booking form. If you have any issues, please contact us and let us know.

How do I get a refund?

If you cancel a service with 48 hours advanced notice and you pre-paid for your service, then you can contact us for a refund. Refunds are provided in the same form of payment in which you paid.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

We conduct a thorough background check on all of our employees. Additionally, our company and its employees are licensed, bonded and insured, which protects you and your home. Our cleaning staff is trained and supervised, not just in top-of-the-line cleaning techniques, but also in providing superior customer service. Each and every All Bright employee treats your property with respect and would never use profanity, eat, or drink while in your home.

Do I give you keys to my home? Are they safe?

Yes, we will need access to your home by receiving a set of keys from you. Rest assured we keep your keys secure at all times, assigning to your professional an background checked maid who takes responsibility for their safety.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the first step in our pre-screening process.

Do my services have a guarantee?

Yes, by calling us within 24 hours, we will send your crew back to redo the items that you were not satisfied at no charge to you.

General Questions

Do you service my area?

We provide maid services throughout the greater Bay Area, including San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Alameda counties. Check out our service area here.

How do I refer a friend?

Log into your account and get your referral id. Share this with friends. If a friend books through your referral id, your friend automatically gets a $10 discount and you earn a $10 referral reward that can be applied to future service.

Do you clean up after my pets?

For health reasons, we do not clean out cat litter boxes or clean up pet feces. If your carpets have urine stains, we will recommend a carpet shampooing.

What is your cancellation policy?

You must cancel with no less than 48 hours notice to receive a full refund.

How do I change my credit card?

Log into your account at and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.
